El Maddah is an Egyptian TV series that premiered during Ramadan 1442 AH (April 13, 2021). It stars Hamada Helal, Heba Magdy, Khaled Sarhan, Donia Abdel Aziz, and Mohamed Ezz. The series is written by Amin Gamal, Walid Abu El Magd, and Sherif Yousry, and directed by Ahmed Samir Farag.

The series tells the story of Saber El Maddah, a boy adopted and raised by a Sufi sheikh. As he grows up into a kind and religious man, his deep love for “Rehab” allows evil to take hold of him, leading him to commit a tragic act that changes his life and the lives of those around him forever.
